• Answer: “Our stylists bring advanced techniques from Manhattan’s top salons, focusing on precision cutting and high-fashion color that is tailored to your unique hair texture and lifestyle.”

• Answer: “Usually a simple blowout will take 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on request.”
• Question:”How often do I need to return for maintenance?”
• Answer: “Normally a return visit in 4–6 weeks for root touch-ups and 3-4 months for balayage.”
• Question: “Should I come to the salon with clean hair or dirty hair?”
• Answer: “It is better to go to the hair salon with clean hair. Clean hair can absorb color more evenly, resulting in a more vibrant and lasting hair color.” 
• Question: “Do you also sell the products you will use on my hair?”
• Answer: “Yes, the products we use are from Italy and are vegan/organic. We are the only salon that offers them for sale to our clients and  the general public.”
• Question: “Do you have a cancellation or booking policy?’
• Answer: “Yes, we require 24 hr notice of any change or cancellation. There would be a charge of 50% of the service booked if cancelled without minimum 24 hr notice.”
