14-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At Cris Jon Salon, we stand behind the quality of our professional hair care lines. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase (or delivery date for online orders).

Eligible Returns:

• Unopened / Unused Items: Full refund or exchange within 14 days in original packaging.

• Gently Used Items: If a product does not work for your hair type, we offer store credit or exchange within 14 days, provided at least 75% of the product remains.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Final sale or promotional items.

• Items returned after 14 days or products that are more than 25% used.

How to Process a Return:

1. In-Salon Return: Bring your item and proof of purchase directly to our salon at 608 Richmond Drive Suite 101, Lancaster, PA during normal business hours.

2. Online Orders: Email us at info@crisjonsalon.com with your order number to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
